Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

Are these legal?

All of our products contain a proprietary blend of hemp-based cannabinoids and are completely compliant with US State and Federal Laws.

Is it legal for me to purchase?

Just because all of our products are federally legal that does not mean that cannabanoids are legal in your state or territory.


Before making a purchase, you should consult with an attorney to make sure you are adhering to all applicable state and local laws.

Do you have an age limit?

Although there is no federally established age limit for the hemp extracts we use we do require customers to be 21 or older at time of purchase. Any orders from customers deemed to be under 21 will be promptly cancelled.

When do orders, bulk orders, and subscription boxes ship?

We ask customers to allow up to five business day for order processing, seven business days for bulk orders, and five to seven business days for shipping. Personalized subscription boxes ship on the first calendar week of each month.

What does 'Bulk' mean?

Bulk is a select option for people interested in purchasing 12 or more of a single item. It does not affect how many items come in a single order.


Please allow 7 days for bulk order processing.

My cashapp payment failed?

If you're having trouble sending a payment via CashApp it's probably because you need to verify your identity with CashApp first, then come back and try again.


If it is still unsuccessful you  try sending your payment in $15-$20 increments.

Do you accept other forms of payment?

Due to an excessive number of fraudulent chargebacks we are only accepting Cashapp and BTC at this time. This helps us protect our small business and keep costs down so we can extend the savings to our customers.

Can I use a credit card?

You can purchase BTC with your card and use that to complete your order.

How can I make specifications for my order?

Any and all order specifications (including allergies and strain preferences) must be added to your order notes before checkout and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Refunds and cancellations

Orders can be canceled or denied for any reason. If your order is cancelled or returned we reserve the right to charge a cancellation/restocking fee. Any cancellation or return made as a result of fraudulence or customer error will result in a cancellation/restocking fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the order total or $6.99, whichever is more.


Open orders are also cancelled if they have not been paid for by the next calendar day.


If you feel your order was cancelled in error, please contact us and we will be happy to sort things out.


All refund requests must be submitted to hello@manoveltytreatsboutique.com within 1 hour of payment. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to our posted cancellation fees before posting.

These policies are subject to change. All rights reserved.

Please note that if we are out of an item when your order is made we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal potency in order to not delay
